Total Access Emailer Trial by FMS, Inc. is the evaluation version of a powerful Microsoft Access add-in that lets you create and send personalized emails directly from your Access database. Use your tables and queries to drive targeted email campaigns, merge field values into subjects and message bodies, and attach files or Access reports generated for each recipient. Compose messages in HTML or plain text, embed images, and reuse templates to streamline repeat mailings.

Send via SMTP (including Office 365/Exchange) or Outlook/MAPI with authentication and encryption. Track results with detailed logging, error handling, and resending options. Automate recurring communications by saving projects and launching them from the command line or Windows Task Scheduler, or call it from VBA to integrate emailing into your applications. It’s ideal for invoices, statements, reminders, alerts, and personalized announcements.
